Empty blood bag with anticoagulant for taking 500 blood from a donor to transfuse into someone else.

The donor needs no second player to operate it, but the recipient must have a matching blood type, so run a Blood Test Kit on both first. A donor who is fed and hydrated regenerates the 500 lost blood at a decent pace. Once filled, combine it with an IV Start Kit to make an IV Blood Bag. The 1.30 patch notes fix a bug where a blood bag was created full no matter how much blood was used.
