Vehicle
Olga 24
The Volga. Four seats, the biggest boot of any car, and an engine that needs coaxing. The car most survivors learn to drive in.

What it needs
Required parts
Four wheels and the three engine-bay parts. Nothing else is needed to move.
| Part | Size | Weight | Found | Rarity |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4× Olga 24 Wheel | 6x6 (36 Slots) | 12 kg | Olga 24, Abandoned Olga 24 | Uncommon |
| 1× Car Battery | 3x3 (9 Slots) | 10 kg | Work, Vehicles | Uncommon |
| 1× Spark Plug | 1 Slot | 180 g | Work, Vehicles | Frequently |
| 1× Car Radiator | 5x4 (20 Slots) | 2 kg | Industrial, Vehicles (60% chance) | Uncommon |
Fluids: water in the radiator and petrol in the tank. Motor oil has not been needed since 1.0. Pulling the radiator out drains its water, so refill after every swap.
Optional
Body parts and extras
None of these are needed to drive, but doors and the hood stop bullets and keep passengers in during a crash, and two headlight bulbs are the only way to see at night.

Step by step
Getting it running
- Find a Olga 24. They spawn at fixed points (village lots, garages, sheds, roadsides) and are the same every wipe. A shell with no wheels is usually unclaimed; one with wheels and doors has usually been claimed.
- Collect four wheels, a car battery, a spark plug and a car radiator. Industrial and work buildings spawn the small parts; wheels come off abandoned Olga 24 wrecks.
- Fit the parts. Wheels need a lug wrench in your hands; the battery, plug and radiator attach from the vehicle inventory or by holding the part and looking at the engine bay.
- Fill the radiator with water from a bottle, canteen, pot or jerrycan. A dry radiator overheats and kills the engine.
- Pour in petrol from a jerrycan filled at a petrol station pump.
- Get in and start the engine. If it will not turn over: flat battery, missing or ruined plug, or a ruined wheel.
On the road
How it drives
Heavy and slow to wake
Long gears and a weak engine mean slow acceleration. It is fine once rolling.
Wide turning circle
Brake before the corner, not in it. At speed it understeers into trees.
Poor off-road
Low grip on grass and gravel. Slight slopes make it slide; stopping on dirt takes a long time.
Spark plug wear
Redlining first or second gear chews through the plug in under a minute. Short-shift.
Spare wheel slot
Only on PlayStation. On PC and Xbox carry the spare in the boot.
Best use
Group transport and hauling. Four people and 400 slots of loot in one trip.
Where it spawns
Towns and cities on Chernarus and Livonia, and the same spawn points as the Gunter 2. Wrecked Olgas along roads carry wheels and doors.
